Course objectives
Learning outcomes of the course unit The aim of the course is to develop the organizational skills of the student and to develop the acquired theoretical knowledge in the field of sport and marketing management into practical form.
Learning outcomes
Studen after a successful graduated course: * knows the structure, staffing and economic provision of a sports club, association, sports association, non-profit organization. * can apply theoretical knowledge to practice * can analyze possible shortcomings and problems * can independently solve case studies * show orientation in the sporting environment in the form of presentation of acquired knowledge about sports club, association, etc. * is able to apply the acquired knowledge in the final bachelor thesis
Syllabus
  • * Assistant manager role in a selected sports club, association, sports association, non-profit organization ... * familiarization with the structure of the organization concerned, employee responsibilities, personnel and economic reinsurance. * presentation of the results of the practice
