Course objectives
The main goals of the educational process involve: - the improvement of the locomotive abilities and fitness - the impact on the positive approach towards sports activities considered as the protection against conflicts, civilization diseases and stress - the support of students healthy lifestyle It is a co-ed course and deals with the devolopment of individual long-distance skills, the outdoor cycling technique and mastering of the basic principles of the orientation related to the outdoor cycling.
Learning outcomes
After finishing the subject, the student will have basic endurance skills, To know elements of terrain driving techniques, to know the basic principles of orientation in terrain when riding a bicycle and principles of warming up and relaxing before and after the ride.

Teacher's information
For information on teaching TV, visit www.fsps.muni.cz/cus/. Necessary own functional and adjusted MTB (mountain) bike, helmet, spare tube or gluing to repair the defect. Credit will be awarded for completing all three rides. The course takes place in the spring semester usually on Friday from 1 pm (April-May), in the autumn semester usually in the 2nd-4th week of the semester. Specific times and places of departures for individual rides will be sent by e-mail to students registered in the seminar group. The duration of one ride is about 4-5 hours.
