- Course objectives
- The aim is to understand the special aspect in training in different categories (pupils, juniors, seniors) and differences in women training.
- Learning outcomes
- After finishing the course, student will be abele to: - compare different conditions of sport development in men, women, and children - propose training plan of combat sport specialisation for different age categories
