Course objectives
After the course students will be familiar with basic theory and practises of Indian yoga.

Participants should be ready to:
- see the difference between exercise based on traditional system and modern application using just some special components of it
- understand and be able to exploit principles of developing of human beeing according to Indian yoga
- be aware of the fundamental relationship of developement of human body, breath, emotions and mind

  • - typical mistakes in practise of yoga
  • - anatomy of human beeing from the view of Indian yoga
  • - obsticles on the yogic way of self-developement
  • - purgatory techniques in Indian yoga
  • SEMINARS
  • - basic asanas
  • - basic relaxation techniques
  • - breathing exercises and basic pranayama
  • - thay-yoga massage
