- Course objectives
- Introduction in the subject martial arts. The main aim is to introduce into basic technique, tactic and philosophy of martial art aikibudo.
- Syllabus
- Martial arts - Introduction Basic technique - postures - transitions - arm movements - leg movements - turning the body - changing position - contact establishment - falling techniques Application in the selfdefence.
