Course objectives
The main goals of the educational process involve: - the improvement of the locomotive abilities and fitness - the impact on the positive approach towards sports activities considered as the protection against conflicts, civilization diseases and stress - the support of students healthy lifestyle Aqua aerobics master I is a fitness exercise with music in shallow and deep water. The stress is put on the correct technique and more demanding coordination in water. We use more complex teachong methods and more demanding choreographies.The use of various aqua-aerobics equipment improves the fitness and makes the lessons more difficult. The course introduces the aqua-aerobics vocabulary,teaching methods and health aspects of aqua aerobics.
Syllabus
  • 1. Basic elements are combined into complex sets in shallow water 2. The use of spumy aids to make the exercise more demanding (in shallow water) 3. Pair work and group work in shallow water 4. Combination of basic elements, more complex choreographies in deep water 5. The use of spumy aids to make the exercise more demanding (in deep water) 6. pair and group work in deep water 7.
