- Course objectives
- Grounding of martial art aikibudo. Students are studying basic techniques, tactic and philosophy of chosen martial art. Lessons are aimed at hand to hand combat and utilization of weapons (knife, tonfa, tambo, sword) as well.
At the end of course students should be able to: - explain technical, tactical and philosophical basics of aikibudo
- practically perform chosen basic techniques without weapons
- practically perform chosen basic techniques with weapons
- execute the role of uke in dynamic exercises with partner - Syllabus
