- Course objectives
- After successful completion of the course "Introduction to swimming" will be able to: - Demonstrate knowledge of basic swimming skills, principles and principles - Demonstrate and explain basic movement skills of swimming modes breast, arms, crawl - Apply the acquired skills in their approach to individual swimming techniques based their individual assumptions - ie. swimming in style

Turn, improve all modes of swimming 10th -11. Swimming crawl way - the concept of endurance 11th - 14 Implementation of compensatory requirements

- Assessment methods
- The basic premise is to demonstrate mastery of basic swimming skills. According to the maturity of the students to demonstrate ways of swimming technique breast, crawl, and the character in the basic movement patterns, and according to the rules. Another part of the award of credit is an active participation in hours - in the water.
