- Course objectives
- The main course objectives are: - understanding the basics of music-kinetic theory and applications to practice (tempo, beat, counting time, meter, rhythm, dynamics). - Learn the fundamentals of exercise without equipment, technique and methodology of exercise without equipment, dance steps, jumps, turns .. Theoretical and practical introduction to the different kinds of dances. Training of folk dances, country, modern dance, rock and roll. The development of coordination, motor memory using music, with applications for school physical education, leisure and fitness training for trainers.
