- Course objectives
- After successful completion of the course Specialization IV - Fitness training will be students able to: • Interpret fitness training bases in sports games • Compile fitness training plans for different sports games • Evaluate the appropriateness of the selection of fitness equipment for sports games • Describe the basic aspects of the single pressure • Design compensation and reconditioning exercises in sports games • Build a suitable mix of diet and supplements • Describe the basic classes of doping substances and their effect on performance
