- Course objectives
- After successful completion of the course "Specialization athletics I" will be students able to: - Practically lead and manage the athletic training of youth - Demonstrate running techniques in hurdless, relay, high jump and long jump events Identify basic fault in hurdless, running and jumps technique Interpret the bases of youth training and methodology of runs and jumps (long jump, high jump).

- Theory: 1st Introduction to specialization of athletics. History of athletics. 2nd Organization athletics, athletics in System of a physical culture. Information systems (literature, web pages, databases, annotation). 3rd The theory of the structure of sports performance Athletics 4th Structure of sports performance in the athletic spints and runs 5th The methodology of training and practice runs 6th Structure of sport performance in hurdless 7th Training and methodology in hurdless 8th Structure of sports performance in the athletic walking and relay 9th The training and methodology of relay 10.Structure of sports performance in the long and high jump 11th Training and methodology in jump events 12th - 13 Youth Athletic Training 14th Final test

- Teaching methods
- Teaching will take the form of lectures (classrooms) and exercise (athletics stadium)
- Assessment methods
- Credits are awarded based on student out successfully passing the final written test and active participation in practical teaching (90%). The test consists of 15 closed questions (3 variants answer to one question) rated 15 points. The successful completion is necessary to get at least 10 points. The content of the test are the youth training, methodology of high jump, long jump, distance running and sprinting.
