- Course objectives
- Students will learn about modern aids and supply of exercise. Students will acquire theoretical, practical foundation exercises to individuals at different ages could develop: 1 upright posture - become, go, (even after the injury) 2. control movements (move in the desired direction); (the correct technique of motion) 3. move body mass, (the proper conduct of motion) 4. absorption rebounds impacts; (good choice of exercises) 5. protect the spine and internal organs. (stock exercises that protects the internal organs)

- Modern devices + repeat (TRX, gutax - balance rope, gravity, pump FX, move it - a complex exercise, functional training, kettlbell, balance board motor skills - cutting, definition and use exercises to develop motor skills and the supply of training from an early age to seniors Determinants balančního practical exercises in an hour, the supply of exercise for children after injury for the elderly and methods, forms and procedures for development of balance of power on the application of strength training aids for trauma, children - Specifies for seniors - specificity using the Core training aids Bosu, balance platforms, TRX, balance ropes Determinants of core training using regeneration Methods, forms and supply balančními exercises with core training aids and exercise during pregnancy and after pregnancy Determinants of endurance performance with tools Methods, forms and procedures for the development of endurance exercise for the supply of all ages Determinants of the development of coordination skills Coordination of balance training aids for all ages, after the accident Structure of physical performance (in various sports disciplines with tools balančními Periodization and planning training (focused on fitness component) after injury Flexibility and the use of balance aids for all ages and after injury Specifics of the training of children, youth aids balančními Regeneration and rehabilitation resources with tools
