Course objectives
The course focuses on practical management of butterfly swimming stroke. The students perfecting other swimming styles using the buoyancy forces and minimizing the resistance of the water environment. Swimming exercises are focused on the concept of endurance swimming. They will learn practical skills to rescue a drowning person. Students draw a seminar paper on a topic that will be assigned at the beginning of the semester.

  • Basic falls from the edge of the pool and jump start
  • Hypoxic swimming
  • Specifics of endurance swimming
  • Roll somersault
  • Rescue of drowning - 1 section.
