- Course objectives
- The main goals of the educational process involve: - the improvement of the locomotive abilities and fitness - the impact on the positive approach towards sports activities considered as the protection against conflicts, civilization diseases and stress - the support of students healthy lifestyle Training of correct techniques when using body building equipment or without them.The aim is to get or improve fitness and strength.
- Learning outcomes
- After completing the course, students will be able: - using fitness gym with macine and bodyfitness - To perform independently complex exercises based on functional meridians while keeping correct posture and breathing
- Syllabus
- At the first lessons students are provided with the correct body building technique in the gym including stretching. Later students train individually according to their individual programmes.
