- Real activity in seminars, continuous tasks elaboration; critical readings dealing with advisory proces (written + ppt. presentation; essey dealing with "problematic client interaction": personal experience or cause in media. Exam: written test and feedback): evaluation of knowledge of principles, application, communicative skills.

- Course objectives
- The aim of the course:
- presentation of principles in mutual inter- action and communicationm with derermined client,
- to obtain professional competencies so that student can apply zhose principles in profiles of kinanthriopology professions (advisory, consultancy, advocasy, communicationc with individuals or teams, programs realization and evaluation,team cooperation, prevention of phenomena "pathology"). - Learning outcomes
- The graduate of the course should be able to:
- analyze the situation and the problem context of the client,
- to provide appropriate diagnoses,
- adequate communication with the individuals from the different population
- to provide adequate advising and consulting. - Syllabus
- • Basic terminology, approaches, paradigm - intrer-active and supportive professions, • Consultancy, advocacy, advisory. Systems, networks. • Diagnostic proces: prevention - diagnosis - progenoses. Sensitive data. • Approaches: advisory - manipulative - directive - authocratic. • Relation between professional and client (in social contaxt). • Types and means of communication (regarding type of client - including client in crisis, client of minority groups). • Attitudes: characteristics, changes. • Principles of diagnostic proces: questionning, observing, measurement, projective techniques. Possible fgalls and mistakes. • Competencies in professions: interactive - supportive - volunteering. • Self-reflexxion, self-efficacy. Burn-out, prevention and coping. • Ethics in interactive professions, in advisory. • Model situation: problém solving of real case studies - in seminars.
