Course objectives
The main goals of the educational process involve: - the improvement of the locomotive abilities and fitness - the impact on the positive approach towards sports activities considered as the protection against conflicts, civilization diseases and stress - the support of students healthy lifestyle Students should master volleyball abilities and skills on the intermediate level.
Learning outcomes
After completing the course, students will be capable of using basic volleyball skills and techniques in accord with the valid game rules.

  • Intermediate: mastering of basic volleyball skills (different kinds of passes, smashing, jump serve, block)in more demanding game situations
