Course objectives
The aim is to familiarize students with the methodological and didactic training procedures with equipment (TRX, flexibars, flowtonics, kettlebells, bulgarien bags, spiral stabilization ...)
Learning outcomes
Upon successful completion the student is able:
- to create a list of exercises using aids and secondary tools (strenghting exercises, stretching exercises, coordination exercises, ....)
- to check the correct execution of the individual exercises
- to apply the exercises in practice.

  • List of exercise with TRX - pulling, pressing exercises, planks
  • List of exercise with flowtonic and flexibars - low and high positions
  • Exercise with bulgarian bags and kettlebells - strengthening exercises
  • Spiral stabilization
