Course objectives
The main goals of the educational process involve: - the improvement of the locomotive abilities and fitness - the impact on the positive approach towards sports activities considered as the protection against conflicts, civilization diseases and stress - the support of students healthy lifestyle Training of correct techniques when using body building equipment or without them.The aim is to get or improve fitness and strength.
Learning outcomes
After completing the course, students will be able: - using fitness gym with macine and bodyfitness - To perform independently complex exercises based on functional meridians while keeping correct posture and breathing
Syllabus
  • At the first lessons students are provided with the correct body building technique in the gym including stretching. Later students train individually according to their individual programmes.

- exercise, credit - the credit is given to students for the attendance - 3classes can be misses and there is no need of any apology - the substitution of more absence sis not allowed
