Course objectives
After successful completion of the Specialization Course II will be able to: Describe the theoretical principles of figure skating. Demonstrated knowledge of both the theoretical part of figure skating, as well as the methodological figure skating.
Learning outcomes
The student will have an overview of the rules of figure skating, will understand the selection of talents for figure skating and will get an overview of general and special preparation of figure skaters

  • Theory: figure skating rules for all categories system is competing with the CCP general fitness preparation of figure skaters regeneration in figure skating special preparation of figure skaters selection of talents, specifics in the preparation of individual age groups periodization and planning of sports training division of training cycles training unit content organization of competitions news in figure skating performance tests composition and choreography of VJ and KP Practice: composition and choreography of VJ and KP performance tests general fitness preparation of figure skaters special preparation of figure skaters Apply rules for all categories
