- improving the level of movement abilities and skills, overall physical condition and fitness, muscle strength, endurance and flexibility. - at the same time influencing a positive attitude towards sports activities understood as supporting a healthy lifestyle. - learning the correct technique and principles of exercise on the workout field with your own body. - using the exercise program at the workout to improve the muscle strength of all muscle parts, strengthen the center of the body. -outdoor workout – is a sports activity focused on strengthening the whole body according to selected exercises on an outdoor field. The basic exercises are push-ups, push-ups, squats in various modifications. The main emphasis is placed on exercises with your own weight, the development of muscle strength and endurance. - the content of the lesson will use TRX equipment, rings, power bands, medicine balls, jump ropes, bags, ladders, rollers. -most exercises use only your own body weight /calisthenics/, but in some cases weights can be used /e.g. power bads can be used for this or we can use a partner/... The lesson is intended for both beginners and advanced practitioners
- Learning outcomes
- After completing the course, the student will be able to: - independent exercise on the workout field, while observing the correct technique of performing individual exercises.
- Syllabus
- In the first lessons, the correct exercise technique on the workout field, including stretching, will be explained and demonstrated. Students then exercise individually or in groups according to individual exercise programs and the instructor's recommendations.

- Information about PE can be found at www.fsps.muni.cz/cus/. The lesson takes place outdoors - we recommend sportswear and footwear adapted to the cold weather.
