- enhancement of the level of kinetic and physical skills; - influence on a positive attitude to kinetic activities; - support of students' healthy lifestyle; - preventive exercises focused on the kinetic apparatus (influence on spine aches, correct body posture, muscle dysbalance, joint mobility), cardiovascular and respiratory systems (release of tension in the chest and shoulders, stretching and strengthening of auxiliary respiratory muscles, introduction of correct breathing stereotype and coordination between breathing and movement), centran nervous system, psyche and overall regeneration and relaxation of organism; - exercises with and without tools (baloons, overballs, strengthening bands, balance trainers, etc.)
- Learning outcomes
- After completing the course, the students will: be able to identify adequate exercises focused on preventing muscular system disorders be able to select appropriate techniques to improve the function of cardiovascular and respiratory system be aware of the importance and the need for relaxation exercises know how to use different pieces of equipment such as exercise balls, resistance bands, balance boards, etc.

- introduction to basic principles of health exercises; correct kinetic stereotype practice; correct respiratory stereotype practice; coordination and balance exercises; exercises with tools; creation of individual routines;

- Exercise, credit - the credit is given to students for the attendance. 3 classes can be misses and there is no need of any apology. The substitution of more absences is not allowed.
