- The main goals of the educational process involve:
- the improvement of motion skills and fitness
- the impact on the positive approach towards sports activities considered as the protection against conflicts, civilization diseases and stress
- the support of students healthy lifestyle
- the training of the basic and modified aerobics steps and linked in simple dance choreographie - Learning outcomes
- After completing the course, students will be able:
- master basic and modified aerobics step and their linked in simple dance choreographie - Syllabus

- 1. basic steps introduction
- 2. simple choreographies
- 3. development of locomotory and coordination skills
- 4. abdominal, gluteal and back muscle building up
- 5. final stretching
