Course objectives
Theoretical introduction of the training process mainly associated with young sportsmen, the principles of the development of the locomotory abilities, the structure and kinds of training units and different training cycles, methodological performances are ivnolved in the course.
Syllabus (in Czech)
  • Teorie : Kondiční tréninková jednotka. Principy rozvoje pohybových schopností. tréninkové cykly. Praxe : Nácvik a zdokonalování technicko-taktické stránky herních systémů. Kondiční tréninkové jednotky. Metodické výstupy v kategoriích mládeže.
Assessment methods (in Czech)
Cvičení, zápočet. Požadavky pro splnění zápočtu : 100% aktivní účast. Splnění metodického výstupu na zadané téma. Splnění písemného testu z teorie a didaktiky fotbalu. Předložení a obhájení vlastní trenérské dokumentace ( trenérský deník ). Tutorial assessed with the credit. Credit requirements: 100% attendance in the course Methodological performance on the given topic Written test in the football theory and didactics Presenting of the trainers diary
