Course objectives
Students can become familiar with preliminary exercises for practise of asanas, basic yoga asanas, basic breathing exercises, some methods of relaxation and ways how to concentrate mind on exercises
Syllabus
  • preliminary exercises for yoga positions - SARVA HITA ASANAS, basic yoga positions - ASANAS, practice of some methods of RELAXATION - flash relaxation, relaxation using tension and relaxation of muscles, relaxation using relaxing influence of exhalation, relaxation with autosuggestion, basic breathing exercises - NADI SODHANA

Assessment methods
Attending the lessons (100%). In the case of absence making of the seminary work concerned with yoga according the agreement with the teacher. Making a seminary work - yoga as a compensation exercise in ... ( for example football) - including practical presentation of it at the lessons. Managing of the selected asanas at the expected level.
