Theory - structure of sport performance in vertical and horizontal jumps, throwing techniques a condition preparation in athletics.

Syllabus

1.-2.Condition training in track and field-development of locomotive skills. 2-5.Structure of sport perfomance in triple jump and pole vault. 6.-12.Structure of sport perfomance in shot put ,javelin,discus throw,hammer throw.
