Course objectives
The goal is to deepen the knowledge and skills acquired in undergraduate studies. Analysis and synthesis skills acquired throughout the spectrum of sports, swimming ability student gets their application in the interdisciplinary relations

  • Theory: Determinants swimming performance, the selection of talent Analysis of world swimmers technology - video, 3D analysis Examples of training top swimmers Swimming disabled Long-distance swimming, winter swimming, masters Issues related sports and swimming top with the studio daily routine of athletes Risks of injury and congestion, regeneration Confrontation of theoretical knowledge in relation to practice Specific issues and scientific research in swimming Submitting the final report Experience: Breaststroke swimming technique methods, character, crawl and butterfly Turnarounds Introduction to water polo, diving, synchronized swimming Swimming underwater, underwater orientation Swimming with ABC Helped the tired swimmers Rescue the drowning, personal action

Teaching methods
- Theoretical lectures in the classroom - Found and passive participation in the hour of swimming with the disabled - Practical work through exercises
Assessment methods
The course is terminated after passing a written examination, submitting the final report and meet the practical test. Written exam, a student is awarded based on the succesfull completion of the final written test. The test consists of 35 questions, of which 5 open and 30 closed. Total student may receive 40 points for compliance must get at least 30 points. The student demonstrates how to test theoretical knowledge and ability to apply this knowledge in the field in swimming. From listening (disabled) prepare a report on the extent of student min. half a standard page A4, indicating their perceptions of teaching conditions, etc. In the practical part of the student demonstrates good swimming technique of swimming skills in ways personal intervention to rescue the drowning. Mandatory active participation in lessons.
