- At the end of this course the student will be able to:;
- Understand the didactics of physical education in relation to other scientific disciplines;
- Interpret the historical development of school physical education in relation to changes in the curriculum;
- Explain the importance of curricular reform and use information to create educational programs;
- Understand the current concept of school physical education; - To focus in the educational process;
- Based on the knowledge to understand the role of teachers in the teaching process;
- Applying teaching styles, practices, methods and principles in the teaching process;
- Understand the student as a subject and object of education;
- Able to plan, evaluate and conduct educational unit of physical education and follow safety rules in school physical education; - Syllabus
