Course objectives
At the end of the course students should be able to:
-interpret the importance of psychomtor games in common life of man
- choose suitable psychomotor activities in specific situations
- improve the level of motor skills and fitness
- feel the positive approach towards sports activities and consider them a suitable protection against conflicts, civilization diseases and stress
- to influence consciously their lifestyle by means of motor activities

  • Introductory activities, icebreakers
  • Non-traditional equipment(plastic cups, rattles, beer mats, parachutes, covers, scarves...)
  • Non-traditional tools (stilts, spinning top, trolleys, rollons..)
  • Senzomotoric exercises
  • Relaxing techniques
  • Massages
  • Psychostimulation

The credit is given to students for the attendance of a certain quality: more than 50% of the direct attendance is required
