Course objectives
The aim of the courses II basketball. is to build on the courses I. and create the right principles in the management of the training process while practicing defense gaming activities of an individual. Student is learning units able to describe the correct principles of leadership training process oriented training in basic defensive actions individual understands the nature of defense posture and movement, can be used in introductory tutorials and game cover player without the ball, cover the player with the ball, the defense and rebounding activity defenders outnumbered the attackers. He knows the methods of training practices in order to meet the basic educational principles. Recognizes methodical - organizational form in training units.
Syllabus
  • The course is very specialized defensively oriented basketball. The first part focuses on the educational outcomes of students. Topics outputs: basic defensive posture, movement, arm action cover the player without the ball after a pass after shooting cover the player with the ball in motion and in place cover pivotmans player foundations defense rebounding and downloading balls activity defenders outnumbered the attackers. Next, lecture part of the course focuses on: activity basketball coach, develop coordination skills in basketball, recovery and rehabilitation after training and after the basketball game, compensatory exercises in basketball, kineziotaping

Graded credit Requirements for graduation  : - Essay on: basketball coach - Based on multimedia tools created to create a comprehensive stack of exercise (cat. e-learning 3)   memorized thematic units (TMP, auditions) s ~ for distribution to the preparatory exercises and games - Select a topic final work - Implementation of assigned projects from basketball     specialization along with submitting electronic copy of the written preparation training unit - warp output (for PC, graphic representation of each introductory exercises and games can own hand), which contains time distribution, the various parts of the clock (start, busy part, preparatory part, methodical practice of a given topic, which the errors committed by the players, the way of repairing these errors, practicing and conclusion)
