- Course objectives
- At the end the student will be able to create the basis of theoretical knowledge demonstrative performance and recovery appropriate massage touches and their control in the form of interpreting odmasírovaní different parts of the human body. Students will analyze the acquired knowledge of muscle groups to design and apply a combination of massage touches of severity. At the end must justify the massage techniques used.
- Syllabus
- Basic concepts of recovery, rehabilitation, adaptation, fatigue, side effects. Types of massage, massage strokes. The other massage devices. Massage techniques and contraindications to sports massage. The basic massage strokes. Equipment hygiene and massage room and massage therapist. Practicing massage touches. Contraindications sports massage. Procedure for the overall regenerative massage. Back massage. Massage legs from behind. Massage the chest. Massage the abdomen. Massage of the upper limbs. Massage neck. Practicing massage different parts of the body.
