Course objectives
The main goals are: - To introduce the principles of classical yoga, to practice correct breathing – PRANAJÁMA, which controls the pace of exercising and supports concentration and calms down - To develop a good cooperation of breathing and exercising, to harmonize body and mind, to refine proprioceprion and to experience motion more - To enjoy the motion, to trust yourself more and to experience an individual development - To improve posture, to compensate pain in backs - To develop movement skills and healthy lifestyle - To practice relaxation and release tension and stress, to remove fatigue and to restore vigour and freshness
Learning outcomes
After completing the course, students will be able: - To perform basic asanas of Yoga and to understand the principles of Yoga exercise
Syllabus
  • - Basic principles of yoga - Correct breathing, PRANAJÁMA, the importance of breathing and its benefits, full yoga breath are trained, exercises deepening breath - NÁDÍ ŠÓDHANA, UDŽDŽÁJÍ PRÁNÁJÁMA - Sun Salutation – SURYA NAMASKAR A, B - Basic yoga poses – ÁSANS, correct posture and gradually more difficult and balanced poses are introduced - Basic hathayoga sets with fluent changes are trained - Specific yoga sets focused on strengthening the core, back release and hip opening - Practice of basic meditations and relaxation techniques
