They will understand the metabolism of the individual substances.
- Learning outcomes
- The students will know properties of basic organic substances like carbohydrates, lipids and proteins. Than they will know effect of single homones and vitamines and an importance of nucleic acids. The students will understand metabolism of carbohydrates, fats like neutral lipid and proteins - they will be able to describe a decomposition of this substances and its synthesis.
