- Introduction to the subject
- Basic terms - fitness, motoric skills, physical condition, training, reaction and adaptation to the physical londing
- Physiological reactions and adaptations, patophysiological maladaptations
- Physiological principles of sport training
- Physiology of skeletal muscles
- Patophysiology of muscle injuries
- Physiology and patophysiology of body homeostasis
- Physiology and patophysiology of neural regulation during training
