- Course objectives
- The aim of subject is to educate the students about:
- basic of planning and periodization of strength and conditional training
- evidence and analysis of strength and conditional training
- evaluation of strength and conditional training
The another goal is to teach the students to process plans of training session, microcycles, mesocycles, macrocysles, annnual training cycles and multi-yearly cycles. - Learning outcomes
- After successfull completion of the subject student will be able to:
- to interprete basic of planning and periodization of strength and conditional training,
- to realise plans of training session, microcycles, mesocycles, macrocysles, annnual training cycles and multi-yearly cycles in strength and conditional training,
- to register and analyse training
- to describe basic of strength and conditional training in different sports
- to evaluate level of development physical abilities
- to explain context in development of physical abilities. - Syllabus
- LECTURES:
- 01. Loading, fatique, regeneration, adaptation
- 02. Periodization of strength and conditional training, (linear, no-linear)
- 03. Block and classic periodization of strength and conditional training
- 04. Trainig session (Warm-up, cool down)
- 05. Microcycles, mesocycles, macrocycles, annual cycle
- 06. The evaluation of strength and conditional training level
- 07. Evidence of strength and conditional training
- 08. Analysis of trainig parametres
- 09. Planning of competitions
- 10. Tune the form
- 11. Corection of body weight
- 12. Metabolic and biomechanical damages in sports, sports injuries overtraining
