- The course is offered to students of any study field.
- Course objectives
- The main goals of the educational process involve: - the improvement of the locomotive abilities and fitness - the impact on the positive approach towards sports activities considered as the protection against conflicts, civilization diseases and stress - the support of students healthy lifestyle It is a co-ed course and deals with the devolopment of individual long-distance skills, the outdoor cycling technique and mastering of the basic principles of the orientation related to the outdoor cycling.
- Learning outcomes
- After finishing the subject, the student will have basic endurance skills, To know elements of terrain driving techniques, to know the basic principles of orientation in terrain when riding a bicycle and principles of warming up and relaxing before and after the ride.

- For information on teaching TV, visit www.fsps.muni.cz/cus/. Necessary own mountain or "trek" bike and helmet.The subject takes place in the exam period spring in the first three weeks of the exam period and on Friday from 9.00. Credits will be awarded for the completion of three rides.The lessons in the Autumn Semester will also be on Friday in the first three weeks of the semester.The departure points for each trip will be sent by e-mail registered in the seminar group. The duration of one trip is about 4-5 hours.
