- understand and apply basic strategical, tactical and technical principles of self-defence

- Course objectives
- The aim of the course is to gain knowledge on didactics process in self-defence with regard to learning outcomes in psycho-motor, afective and cognitive domain.

- At the end of the course student should be able to:
