- The course is geared for obligatory PE only.

- The course is offered to students of any study field.
- Course objectives
- The main goals of the educational process involve:
- the improvement of the level of the skills and the physical fitness,
- the combining the functional body trainig and the athletic exercises throught the games,
- the impact on the positive approach towards sports activities considered as the protection against conflicts, civilization diseases and stress,
- the support of students healthy lifestyle,
- the learning the general sporting skills. - Learning outcomes
- After completing the course, students will be able:
- master basic athletic skills;
- apply the games focused on the developing the speed, coordination, explosive strength and endurance;
- use and apply the body core stabilization at skills and body movements. - Syllabus
- Functional athletics training:
- 1. Use and apply the body core stabilization at the complex body movements.
- 2. The abdominal, glutes and back workout.
- 3. Complex training with overballs, aquathits, plyometric boxes, TRX,...)
- 4. Basic athletic skills training - the proper running technique, the jumping training and throwing training.
- 5. The speed and coordination development games.
- 6. The explosive strength and throwing balistic development games.
- 7. The games to develop a short-term and long-term endurance.
- 8. Learning the basics of the static and dynamic stretching.
- 9. The realaxation and meditation in the nearest forest.
