Course objectives
The goal of this course is to introduce students into the large variety of activities, programmes and principles that are commonly denominated Teambuilding.
In their practice students may encounter teambuilding programmes not only from the point of view of a participant, but also of a submitter. Therefore, it is necassary for the students to know the theoretical background of team work, as well as practical applications of various types of teambuilding programmes and activities.
Learning outcomes
At the end of this course students should be able to:
- address specific situations in teamwork, to reveal a crisis in the team and be able to find the right help to revitalize the team work
- know the means of supervision to detect deficiencies in teamwork
- start work on multidisciplinary teams (and project)

  • Team diagnostics, group diagnostics, identification of need
  • Working with a group - group dynamics, team roles
  • Reflexion and supervision
  • Communication with a client, preparation of a teambuilding programme
  • Dramaturgy before the event
  • On site dramaturgy
