- The main goals of the educational process involve:
- the improvement of motion skills and fitness
- the impact on the positive approach towards sports activities considered as the protection against conflicts, civilization diseases and stress
- the support of students healthy lifestyle
- the training of the basic and modified bodybuilding exercises with use the weight of your own body as well as different bodybuildings aids - Learning outcomes
- After completing the course, students will be able:
- master basic and modified bodybuilding exercises with use the weight of your own body as well as different bodybuildings aids - Syllabus
- 1. The practice of correct techniques of bodybuilding exercises using the weight of your own body
- 2. The practice of correct techniques of bodybuliding exercises using various sports aids
- 3. Body building of the main muscle groups
