Course objectives
The main goals of the educational process involve:
- the improvement of motion skills and fitness
- the impact on the positive approach towards sports activities considered as the protection against conflicts, civilization diseases and stress
- the support of students healthy lifestyle
- the training of the basic and modified bodybuilding exercises with use the weight of your own body as well as different bodybuildings aids
Learning outcomes
After completing the course, students will be able:
- master basic and modified bodybuilding exercises with use the weight of your own body as well as different bodybuildings aids

  • 1. The practice of correct techniques of bodybuilding exercises using the weight of your own body
  • 2. The practice of correct techniques of bodybuliding exercises using various sports aids
  • 3. Body building of the main muscle groups
  • 4. Stretching
