- Course objectives
- The aim of the course is:
- teaching the correct technique of strength exercises, diagnosis of errors in performance and their correction
- introducing the student to the tools used in the field of fitness training (overball, fitball, bosu, elastic bands, etc.)
- introduction to the basics of the nomenclature of physical exercises with exercise - Learning outcomes
- Upon completion of the course, the student will be able to:
- perform correct technique of strength exercises, diagnose errors in performance and correct them
- create a stack of strengthening and stretching exercises for individual muscle parts with the use of equipment
- apply the basics of the nomenclature of physical exercises with tools - Syllabus
