Course objectives
It is a fitness dynamic exercise using different variants of cardiovascular training and strengthening, such as interval training, circuit training or TABATA. We will alternate in different time intervals dynamic exercises, strengthening with your own body weight, exercises with the use of aids, but also strengthening slower body and mind exercises. Each lesson will end with a thorough stretch.
