- Course objectives
- The course aims at the practical aspects of EU decision-making process. It focuses on the negotiations and bargains in the key EU institutions - the Commission, the Parliament, the EU Council. Apart from the theoretical dimensions, it analyses role of these institutions using specific legislative file and its "story".
- Learning outcomes
- After this course, students will be able to correctly analyze EU legislative process and the role of specific EU institutions involved.

- The course is taught as a combination of in-class lectures, online lectures and seminars.

- Four position papers (4x10 points), final written test (20 points). The students have to obtain at least 40 points to pass the course.
