- Teaching methods
- Lectures and seminars.
- Assessment methods
- Requirements for ending the subject 1. Obligatory attendance at seminars. The seminars involve an active involvement in the discussion, which will be appreciated by the leaders of the seminar group by awarding points that will be taken into account during the final oral exam. 2. At the beginning of the semester, two written written tests will be carried out. The questions will be based on the historical historiographical literature, relating to the first test for the period 1848-1938 and the second test for the period 1939-1992 (see the topics listed below, topics 3 and 4 in the semester program). For these historical data tests (i.e. names, titles, events, dates), it is possible to obtain a maximum of 40 points (a structure of 10 open questions per 2 points), and only those who obtain at least a final oral examination 24 points. Possible examples of questions: - After which war was the Austro-Hungarian settlement? - Date (month and year) the departure of Masaryk into exile. - In which two government posts did Beneš mostly? - Who was the Foreign Minister of Czechoslovakia in February 1948? - What was the most renowned action of the domestic second resistance? - Dating the First, Second and Third Republics. Continuous tests can only be corrected (time and room will be specified, the structure of 10 open questions for 2 points, the test substance from both periods, the final oral examination only those who get at least 12 points in this fix will be able to pass). This term is also intended for students who will not be able to take part in any of the written tests at their respective dates due to illness, which will be duly certified by the SZŘ MU with a medical certificate. 3. During the exam period, a final oral exam will be held on all lecture topics and complete literature.
