Course objectives
The course presents the main sociological approaches for studying formal and informal organizations. Students will get acquired with (1) the classical sociological theorist of organizations and various limits of their work, (2) the impact of the external environment on organizations. The course will help students with orientation in the historical and modern social reality, which is strongly organized.
Learning outcomes
After completing the course, the student will be able:
● To be better oriented in the modern organized world
● To discuss the organizations from the sociological perspective
● To reflect the limits and dysfunctions of organizations
● To analyze the impact of the environment on the functions of the organizations
