Course objectives:
- to learn the key principles of project management so that they are able to use them in their diploma thesis.
- to create, plan and execute their own team project
- to systematically review the management of a completed project
Learning outcomes
The student will be able to:
- describe the key principles of project management
- design a viable media project/product
- manage a project team
