Course objectives (in Czech)
Kurs je zaměřen na sledování mechanismu prosazování organizovaných zájmů v EU, převážně ve struktruře Komise a EP. Sleduje obecné metodiky a zásady eurolobby, poskytuje výčet základních aktérů.
Syllabus (in Czech)
  • Osnova: definice zájmových skupin - eurogroups, vývoj reprezentace zájmů v rámci integračního procesu; typologie skupin - eurofederace - federace asociací, přímé reprezentace, hybridní organizace atd.; Rozhodovací proces v EU - inputs, kanály vlivu (národní a bruselská cesta); Aktéři bruselské cesty - rozdílné možnosti a kanály přístupu, status insidera, taktika skupin, zásady eurolobby, pozice skupin - co je činní vlivnými? Smlouvací potenciál skupin; Komise, postavení kabinetu, DG, struktura výborů, etický kodex, princip dialogu v EK;Evropský parlament - výbory, intergroups, regulace zájmů. Poradní orgány a jejich význam pro lobby; Regulace eurolobby - problém nasycení, nevyváženost. Povinná literatura: Schendelen, M. P. C. M. van.
