Prerequisites

Prerequisite is passing the courses POLd0003 and POLd0004. Credits are awarded based on the assistance in teaching 3 courses, participation in the doctoral readings during the semester plus according to individual requirements of the supervisor.

Course objectives
The goal is to give the student an insight into the world of teaching and to teach him how to work with students.
Learning outcomes
The student will have insight into teaching methods and will gain experience in leading seminars or evaluating final theses.

Credits are awarded on the basis of assistance in teaching 3 courses (standard reading of papers or seminar papers in one course and conducting seminars in the other course), participation in the doctoral readings during the semester; plus according to individual requirements of the supervisor; plus based on a proof of publication or acceptance for publication of an article in the journal in the SCOPUS database, or a chapter in the monograph published in prestigious international publishing house located in the categories A*, A, or B of the FSS MU list, or an article in the journal in the Web of Science database with an impact factor Q1-3 (journals in the Emerging Sources Citation Index are not considered as WoS journals). The condition for granting credits is at least 50% of the author’s participation in the given text.
