Cíle předmětu
This course examines leadership for cultural and behavioural change within organisations or places of work with an intersectional lens. It specifically considers how leadership influences, creates and maintains wellbeing. The course provides insight to theory, knowledge, skills and strategies for leaders or those aspiring to leadership roles embodying ethical and just leadership that promotes inclusion, development and wellbeing of individuals and organisations. Course content is applicable to national and international contexts.
