Main emphasis is placed on explication of connections among strategy-organization-management and human resources as an indivisible complex, whereof an existence of one conditions necessity of the other. The mastering of initial assumptions of personal management, that is planning in area of human resources and personal analyses is fundamental for systemic approach to activities and processes of personal management.
