- Course objectives
- This seminar will investigate how environmental communication processes like stakeholders meetings, environmental impact assessments, environmental education processes, environmental political debates can be facilitated. It will look into different possibilities of programming communication about environment, the "why"s and it will give students the chance to investigate and train their own facilitation skills.

- Two full days, 10:00 - 17:30 on Friday 26 and Saturday 27 November 2010.
Two full days, 10:00 - 17:30 on Friday 10 and Saturday 11 December 2010.
Exam: in January or February.
Students are expected to attend all blocks, as facilitation is not something that can be learned from books, but only by interaction.
The methods used will be highly interactive and participative. The seminar blocks will not exist of lectures, but of interactive group work. Also students need to count with intensive homework between the seminar sessions.
The complete seminar will take place in English.
The course will be examined orally on the basis of the work done during the blocks and background literature. - Language of instruction
